Hello, my name is Dr. Carla Zamalis, and I am an associate veterinarian at VCA A Plus! I was born in Viriat, France, and grew up in Katy, Texas. I attended Texas A&M University for 8 years, receiving my Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries in December 2018 and my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in May 2023. My interests include soft tissue surgery, feline medicine, and educating pet parents on the importance of preventative care. Outside of veterinary medicine, I enjoy hiking, skiing, reading, and baking. At home, I have a German Shepherd named Ronin and two cats, Jean Claude and Cleopatra. I am excited to meet each of you and foster life-long relationships with you and your pets!
