Hospital Manager
Working with and around animals has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I started fostering dogs when I was 18 and have not looked back since then. My manager experience started out small with being the office manager for a local doggie daycare. From there I became the Animal care lead at Foothills animal shelter where I developed my leadership experience as well as my financial reporting. After a couple years I realized that the emotional toll of shelter medicine was too much for me to handle. I moved on to an emergency clinic in Denver where I spent 3 years as their emergency assistant lead. It was here that I realized that as much as I love working directly with these animals, the business side of things was where I wanted to be. I have spent the last 5 months at VCA Aspenwood working and learning the systems to be able to move on to take on the HM role at VCA All Pets Lafayette. My wife and I will be moving closer to the area in the next year with our twin boys and 4 dogs. I can usually be found out and about with our boys in my free time. I also love reading, playing video games, and snowboarding in the winter.
