Dr. Fleeman grew up in California and Oregon. She went to Oregon State University, receiving a Bachelor's in Science and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She practiced emergency medicine, shelter medicine and general practice medicine in private practices in California and Arizona. Dr. Fleeman has lived and practiced in Bakersfield since 1991. She enjoys going to the beach and gardening in her spare time.
