Dr. Wilde was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Having vacationed in Lake George yearly since childhood, she is happy to finally call the Southern Adirondacks home. She received her Bachelor’s in Biology from CUNY College of Staten Island in 2010 and her DVM degree from Ross University of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She completed her clinical education at Michigan State University of 2014.

Prior to joining the BSVC team, Dr. Wilde practiced as a small animal veterinarian in Long Island for one and a half years. She is especially interested in animal behavior, preventative medicine, pain management, internal medicine, and ultrasound. 

At home, Dr. Wilde and her husband have a large furry family including three rescue dogs (Goose, a Chihuahua mix, Dean, a pitbull terrier, and Riggs, a boxer mix) as well as 2 rescue cats (Jackson and Quinn). In February 2020, Dr. Wilde and her husband welcomed their human son to their family as well.

In her spare time, Dr. Wilde enjoys hiking, camping, and canoeing with her husband, infant son, and their dogs. She is passionate about environmental protection and sustainability living. She loves spending time with family and enjoying what Mother Nature has to offer. She is also a certified dog trainer and loves helping owners work through issues with their canine companions.

Dr. Wilde looks forward to a long and happy career, providing compassionate care for all of her patients and clients at Ballston Spa Veterinary Clinic.
