Melissa started her career with the VCA family in 2002 as a CSR with our VCA Berwyn team. In 2007, Melissa moved on to join our team of CSRs at VCA Arboretum View Animal Hospital. During her 14 year tenure at VCA Arboretum View, she juggled various titles and responsibilities. The last several years were spent at VCA Arboretum View as CSR Supervisor. In August 2021, Melissa re-joined the VCA Berwyn Team as CSR Supervisor and quickly moved into her current role as Hospital Manager. Melissa is married with three small dogs. Melissa and her husband, David, enjoy traveling and time spent with their fur kids and family.
