Growing up in Toronto, Dr. Chiu fell in love with animals at a young age and worked at various shelters, veterinary hospitals & pet daycares to gain as much experience with animals as possible. She graduated from St George's University School of Veterinary Medicine after completing her clinical training at WCVM. After graduation, she practiced in Saskatoon before returning to her family here in the GTA. Dr. Chiu enjoys the constant evolving world of veterinary medicine and loves learning new things every day on the job. She is the dog-mother to 2 big dogs, S'more, a Great Pyrenees and Blizzard, a husky mix. Dr. Chiu speaks English and conversational mandarin.
