Dr. Riffe is originally from Charleston, West Virginia. She attended West Virginia University (WVU) where she received her bachelor's degree in 2017. She then attended Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2021. Dr. Riffe then completed a one-year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at VCA Alameda East in Denver, Colorado from 2021-2022. Dr. Riffe is now a traveling emergency veterinarian for VCA where she travels to different VCA emergency hospitals throughout Colorado, California, and Washington. Aside from emergency medicine, Dr. Riffe holds interest in internal medicine, neurology, integrative medicine, fear-free, and promoting the human-animal bond.

Dr. Riffe is owned by a senior chihuahua. She also has a cat.
