Dr. Sarah Clausner is a native of Saint Louis, Missouri. She was raised amongst various dogs, cats, horses, sheep, birds, and guinea pigs and has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was a young child. After graduating from the University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005 she has practiced small animal medicine for the last 18+ years. She is an active member of the MVMA and the AVMA.

Dr. Clausner enjoys most everything about being a veterinarian, but fostering the human-animal bond between people and their pets and providing life-long individually tailored medical care is most important to her. Her additional interests include geriatric canine wellness, feline medicine, dermatology, and dentistry.

Dr. Clausner is happily married to her husband Rick and has a blended family of 5 children. They love to spend time at their farm with their 2 Boston terriers Cotter and Case (who really run the roost).
