Dr. Purdy is a Syracuse native. She received her AAS from SUNY Delhi and her BA from Le Moyne college. She then went on to attend Ross University for Veterinary school and attended clinical year at Cornell. Since graduation in 2023 she has worked in General Practice and completed a rotating internship at Garden State Veterinary Specialty.  

She moved back to upstate New York with her fiancé, Nick, and her two pets Bean, a tabby cat, and Coal, a black lab mix. In her free time she enjoys hiking, sewing, gardening and spending time with her fur family.
