Dr. Horn joined Crestwood in January 2024. She is originally from North Central Florida, but has lived in Central Massachusetts, Atlanta, Georgia and Oak Harbor, Washington. She graduated from Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University and enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but she truly finds fulfillment in working with clients to facilitate the best quality of life for their aging or chronically ill pets. Outside of work, Dr. Horn enjoys hiking, crocheting and cross stitching, and spending time with her husband and pup Humphrey!
