Joey is a kennel assistant at VCA Dahlonega who has been with us since July of 2022. He is a Dahlonega native. 

He has two dogs: Harvey, a Yorkshire terrier, and Henry, a Havanese poodle. 

When not at work, he enjoys learning new songs to sing or to play on his trumpet, photography, and cooking. 

In his words, he enjoys working here because, "I enjoy being able to be there for the animals. Growing up with pets just made me love working here all the more, because I've always wanted to know more about them."
