Growing up in a rural area of Eastern Pennsylvania and working at our family boarding facility since a young age, I have been around animals my entire life and knew that working and helping animals was my passion.  Pennsylvania winters and I did not get along, so I moved to SUNNY Florida in 2010. I started working at VCA (originally Deland Animal Hospital) in 2013 as a Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Technician and was promoted to Hospital Manager of VCA Port Orange in 2017. I currently have a CRAZY Whippet Copper along with a Maltese mix Penelope Prune, who are the official client greeters/ cookie crumb cleaners at the office.
