Dr. Ryan Otto grew up in Northern New Jersey, and was always around animal growing up. After receiving his undergraduate degree at Tufts University, he went on to attend Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine where he received his veterinary degree. Dr. Otto worked for VCA in Central New Jersey for 20 years before joining VCA Delaware Valley in May 2021. He continues to love both small animal medicine and surgery, and looks forward to meeting your animals and families. Although Dr. Otto sees mainly dogs and cats, he also cares for other furry friends, such as rabbits, ferrets, and other small mammals.

Dr. Otto lives just over the NJ border with his wife, Allison, who is a local Pediatrician; his two children, Alexa and Kevin; his dogs, River and Hobbes; and Oz, the cat. When he is not working, Dr. Otto enjoys travel, and outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and biking. When Dr. Otto is home, he enjoys movies, TV, pop culture in general, and playing guitar.
