Kalene was born and raised in Alaska. She has been working with animals since 2017 at the shelter and is very excited to grow her skills and knowledge in a clinical setting. She has a tremendous love for animals of all species. Her own pets include four cats, a snake, a gecko, several fish tanks, and a very spoiled pug. When not at work, Kalene enjoys being outdoors and volunteering at the local wild bird rehab.
