Rhiannon graduated from the University of Minnesota Crookston in 2018, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in English & Communications with an Animal Science Emphasis, and is currently pursuing her Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology online. Rhiannon and fiancé, David, are Northern Minnesota natives, but moved to Alaska in May of 2023, along with their two dogs, Molly and Millie. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling (she has been to 18 countries so far), hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fishing, and hunting. She has been involved in the sled dog community in the Upper Midwest and Alaska, anywhere from serving on dog crews to being a musher handler, and loves recreational mushing.
