Inspired by this quote, Mikaela chooses to dedicate her life to continued education to better herself in the care and treatment of all animals.

Mikaela honed her skills by attending 5 colleges and earning her BS in Veterinary Technology as well as her license to practice. She also continued her education by attending numerous seminars about all aspects in the veterinary field from nutrition to OSHA to emergency medicine.

Mikaela has adopted 2 rescue mixed breed dogs who love to go for bike rides in the summer and playing "find it" in the snow during the winter.

Mikaela has dedicated over 5 years working with the team here at Fitzgerald Veterinary Hospital. We are glad to have her steady dedication and bubbly personality as part of our main support pillars.

She believes that if you're not making someone else's life better, you're wasting your time, and that your life will become better by making other lives better.
