Dr. Arash Borzouyeh is a passionate and dedicated veterinarian who has wanted to care for animals since childhood. He earned his veterinary degree from IAU in 2005 and completed his clinical training at LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Dr. Borzouyeh's professional interests include internal medicine, soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, alternative therapies like acupuncture and Chinese medicine. He pursued additional training in acupuncture and Tui na massage from Chi University in Florida. He is a member of both the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture (AAVA). Did you know that Dr. Borzouyeh has a unique experience working with ostriches? He was one of the few ostrich practitioners back home! Outside of work, Dr. Borzouyeh cherishes time with his family and his rescued cat Coco, reads voraciously, travels, and continues exploring the depths of acupuncture.
