John lives in Abingdon with his wife Reba, daughter Samantha, and son Wes. He has 2 dogs, 4 cats and 55 hair sheep. Interests include coaching 8th grade and AAU basketball and working on his sheep production farm. He is active in church and the local community college foundation board, and has been an invaluable part of VCA Highlands for many years.
