Dr. Shelley Pasternak has been a dedicated member of the Austin veterinary community since graduating from the University of Missouri in 2007. Upon her arrival in Austin, she played a key role in the growth of the Capital Area Veterinary Medical Association. Her commitment to animal welfare extends beyond local borders, with volunteer work for the US Humane Society in South Dakota and the International Humane Society in Mexico. Dr. Pasternak specializes in emergency and critical care medicine and is a strong advocate for Fear Free Veterinary Visits, ensuring a stress-free experience for all her patients.
