Crystal is like a smiling chameleon that works with the VCA Lantern Road team, but her primary position is as a Client Service Representative. Growing up, her family moved around a lot, and they settled in Westfield in the early 2000s. Crystal met her husband in 2007 when they worked together, and they now reside in Noblesville. They had their son in 2012, then they welcomed their daughter in 2019. Crystal has become a football and cheerleader mom as they have grown. When Crystal started her career with VCA, she started as a kennel assistant; since then, she has learned the roles of a veterinary assistant role and CSR. Over the years, she has worked hard and diligently, which is why she is a chameleon for the team. She loves being cross-trained in various departments because each day is a surprise for her and what it will bring. She is always up to a challenge, and she will help pick up other shifts at other VCA hospitals to support their scheduling needs. Crystal also has two wonderful, fun dogs, Pebbles and Dino. When she is not working or running around for her kids' activities, she loves to read.
