Jackie has been part of VCA Lexington Boulevard Animal Hospital's team when her background in business management gave her the opportunity to start as the office manager in 2008. Since the start of her veterinary career, she gained invaluable knowledge for the administration side of the veterinary field from her mentor, Dr. Sandy Seamans. Quickly she developed into the hospital manager role. She has been a member of the Veterinary Practice Managers Association or VHMA since 2010. In 2016, she received her designation from the VHMA as a CVPM, Certified Veterinary Practice Manager. Jackie enjoys developing and building relationships with clients as well as with her co-workers. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband and daughter. Her hobbies include cookie decorating, painting, crocheting, and her motto is the Golden Rule: treat others as you'd want to be treated.
