Nancy was born and raised on a small farm in Washington State. Being surrounded by horses, beef cattle, chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs fueled the fire for her love of all animals. She moved to Pittsburgh in 1988 with her husband, Steve and two sons, Travis and Brandon. She has been working in the veterinary field since 1985 – beginning in veterinary research, moving to client service in 1990, veterinary assistant in 1993, back to client service in 2008 and bereavement coordinator in 2012. Her favorite hobby is traveling with her husband, reveling in the beauty of the world and all it’s inhabitants.
