I am a native Las Vegan that returned home after going away to college. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BS in Veterinary Science and then moved to Washington where I attended Washington State University, College of Veterinary Medicine, to obtain my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.

What I like the most about my job is that I have the opportunity to help owners care for their loving pets. The opportunity to teach, guide, and support their good intensions. Another nice perk about the job is the animals, of course! What lovely creatures they are, that deserve all the love and care in the world. Some of my special interests are exotic animal medicine (especially reptiles!), love surgery, radiology, and anesthesia. My goal is to specialize in veterinary radiology someday.

Although I love my job, I also enjoy my time off. I have many beautiful critters at home to keep me entertained, that include three dogs, five cats, and a parrot (all with very particular personalities of course). I also enjoy travelling, eating delicious food, reading, acrylic/oil painting, practicing the ukulele and spending time with friends and family.
