Deana was born in Rockville, Maryland but has moved around a lot to different states and cities, the most consistent thing in her life has always been her pets. She always dreamed to work with animals and made that dream reality when she first joined VCA as a receptionist in 2022. She cross trained and became a veterinary assistant six months later. She has a strong love for pitties, especially her two: King (pit bull mix born in 2015) and Kiwi (pictured, pit bull/Staffy mix born in 2022) and her Frenchie, Cairo (born in 2020). She is always so patient and kind to our clients and their pets. You can most likely find her sitting on the floor with your pet during appointments giving them love.
