Prior to becoming a veterinarian, Dr. Wong had been involved in research projects studying humpback whales and sea otters. These experiences helped focus her critical thinking skills and strengthened her interest in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Wong received her veterinary degree from Washington State University, during which she completed an externship in Sydney, Australia. After graduation, she completed an Internship Program before joining VCA Orchard Plaza Animal Hospital. She has been with us for over 20 years, working everyday to improve the lives and health of her patients and their caregivers.

When she is away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, skiing, gardening, cooking (and eating too!) and is a member of a bell choir.
