Dr. Mia Chevez is from San Ramon, California. She completed her undergraduate studies at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2019, and graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. Dr. Chevez is a Fear Free Certified Professional and has special interests including internal medicine, feline medicine and geriatric medicine. Dr. Chevez enjoys getting to know pets and their owners and supporting the human-animal bond.

Outside of work, Dr. Chevez enjoys reading, crafting and gardening. She is kept company by her three cats, Olivia, Ivy and Kevin.
