My name is Jessica Whetsell and I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician at VCA Peachtree Animal Hospital. I began my journey in veterinary medicine by getting a Bachelor of Science Degree at Texas State University. After working at Sea World and completing several internships at San Antonio Zoo, I went back to school to get my Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology degree at Palo Alto College. I have worked in vet med for over a decade and I still love it. I get the ability to help animals and see the impact I can have on their care. My special interests are in ultrasound, surgery, and exotics. 

When growing up, I moved every few years and this constant change has taught me home is where my loved one are, which include my fur baby, Hilary Rodham Kitty, my daughter, and husband.

During my off time I enjoy knitting, reading, playing video games, hiking and family time.
