Dr. Hsu is fluent in Chinese Mandarin. She grew up in Taiwan and New Zealand and immigrated to the US for her Animal Science undergraduate study at UC, Davis. In 2009, she earned her DVM degree from University of Missouri and since then has been practicing mainly in Southern CA. Her special interests are surgeries, ultrasound, dentistry, acupuncture and herbal medicine as complementary therapies to conventional medicine. Dr. Hsu also loves rabbits and pocket pets and frequently enjoys continued education to expand her knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest in veterinary medicine and holistic care. In her free time, she goes backpacking and rock climbing.
