Dr. Hayes graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Hayes joined VCA in 2006 starting as a veterinary technician at VCA Winchester and working for VCA before she headed off to vet school in the UK. Upon graduation in 2019, she returned to VCA Winchester as a veterinarian. Dr. Hayes joined the VCA Pinnacle team in 2023.  

Dr. Hayes's goal as an associate veterinarian is to help clients improve their relationship with their pets through a proactive and prevention-focused approach to their pet's health care and well-being.  She hopes to one day expand her animal expertise to include exotic pets.

Dr. Hayes is a local Bay Area girl who enjoys rock climbing, chain maille, wire working, and reading. When she is not at work, you may encounter her on the road riding her Harley, or bump into her at a Renaissance festival. She is currently owned by a house panther named Trillian.
