Shannon started her career in veterinary medicine since 1999. A graduate of Becker College, with an associate's degree in Veterinary Technology, Shannon has been able to apply her experiences as a veterinary technician, receptionist, daycare worker, and occasional groomer to her management of the hospital. She is passionate about pet health care, quality customer service, and making sure every pet and client has a great experience.

When not at work Shannon is home with her family, a husband and daughter, as well as 2 cats and 2 dogs. She enjoys cooking, crafting, home improvement, landscaping, and photography.
