I was born and raised in Chicago (go Bulls!) and moved to the Pacific NW almost 20 years ago. My love of veterinary medicine started at a young age and my passion of practice management and leadership quickly followed suit. I have worked within all positions of a veterinary hospital as receptionist, kennel attendant, veterinary technician, surgical technician, inventory manager and practice manager. My experience ranges from general practice, surgical specialty and now emergency medicine. I enjoy the fast paced environment of emergency medicine and am privileged to work alongside such a dedicated team of doctors and staff. I have ten cats and three large dogs at home and enjoy cooking in my spare time.
