Dr. Rick Rogge attended Texas A&M University for his Bachelor of Science in 1976, and he received his DVM in 1978. Dr. Rogge has been a life long resident of the Sugar Land/ Richmond area. He joined the original Southwest Freeway Animal Hospital in Sugar Land in 1978. He enjoys all aspects of medicine but in particular has a clinical interest in surgery, internal medicine and dermatology. Dr. Rogge professional passion is caring for people and pets and supporting the human-animal bond.
Dr. Rogge and his wife, Connie, have 9 grandchildren. In their free time, the Rogges enjoy going to Texas A&M football games and Dr. Rogge is also an avid and accomplished fisherman. Dr. Rogge is an active member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. The Rogges have two dogs; a golden retriever named Corie, and a yellow lab named Sherman.
