Dr. Shaver grew up in small towns in Texas. She always wanted to attend Texas A&M University's College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2009. After a year in mixed animal practice, she decided to move to the big city and focus on canine and feline medicine. Dr. Shaver enjoys crafts, watching sports, and trying restaurants with her friends in her time outside of work. She has one cat (the handsomest in the world) named Torch who keeps her on her toes. She is extremely glad to have joined the Tanglewood team.
