Monica Stiller
Hospital Manager HBScB, MBA
Monica was born in Montreal and grew up in Ottawa. In 2013, she completed an Honours Undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology at the University of Ottawa. She then made her way west, earning a Masters in Business Administration from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan in 2016. Finally, she has found her way to the beautiful Okanagan valley where she plans to set down roots.

Monica has over 10 years of experience working in the animal industry. Like most teenagers with a love for animals, her first jobs were with a pet store and a horse stable. After a few years, she began her career in veterinary medicine as a client service representative and later, as the Accounts manager for the 24-hour Ottawa Veterinary Hospital. Following her move to Saskatoon, she took a position with the Veterinary Medical Centre at the University of Saskatchewan. She has experience working with companion animals, exotics, and large animal livestock.

Some of her volunteer work includes the Ottawa Humane Society and the La Ronge Spay & Neuter Mobile Service. The remainder of her free time is spent lounging with her cat, reading a good book, or outdoors with her husky, training for her next triathlon. She also has a passion for horses and tries to get out for a ride whenever she can.
