Born and raised in NJ, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Rutgers-Newark in 2015 and recently earned my DVM from Ross University. After spending four years away from home, I am happy to be back! Prior to attending veterinary school, I was a veterinary technician for two years here in NJ where I was able to learn a lot of key clinical skills. I also volunteered for many years at the Liberty Humane Society in Jersey City. After working and volunteering, I realized how much I loved veterinary medicine. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine especially preventative medicine. I adore spending time with my niece and nephew, Julie and Gabriel, and teaching them about my collection of animals. I currently own an 11-year-old Crested Gecko named Luna, one Roborovski dwarf hamster named Mochi, and a Cane Corso/pit-bull mix named Ace.
