Dr. Lauren Kimura (Hashimoto) earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in Indiana, after obtaining a B.A. in Physics from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Kimura began practicing small animal medicine at Banfield Pet Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, and in 2014, returned home to Honolulu, Hawaii, to continue small animal practice at VCA. Born and raised in Honolulu, Dr. Kimura is a graduate of Roosevelt High School. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her fur babies, Gideon, Mele, and Ipo.
