Biography:
Dr. Flood has practiced in emergency and critical care for the past 17 years. Prior to pursuit of veterinary medicine, she worked in research projects that included respiratory physiology, the neural control of airway smooth muscle and sepsis. She also served as a board member and as an attending veterinarian for a hospice program in northeast Wisconsin. When away from VCA VES, she is a loyal servant to a Labrador and three cats and finds time to pursue home improvement projects, gardening, and exploring nature.
