Your first visit will allow us to get to know each other, check your pet's health, and begin wellness care to help prevent against future illnesses.
During your pet’s first visit, your veterinarian will do a head-to-tail exam and check overall health, including the skin and coat, eyes and ears, teeth and gums, heart, lungs and other vital organs.
The veterinarian will also check your pet for fleas, ticks and other external parasites.
Your veterinarian will also ask questions about your pet’s diet, habits and activities, and discuss overall health and wellness including:

When your pet is scheduled for surgery, you must bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual surgery time. Surgery drop off is between 8:00am and 9:00am the day of the surgery unless otherwise instructed by the doctor.
When your pet will be staying with us for boarding, please allow ample time for check in. Boarders may drop off anytime during hospital hours but please allow approximately 30 minutes for paperwork.
When your pet is visiting us for a bath the standard drop off time is between 8:00am and 9:00am. We can sometimes accommodate a later drop off time, ask the receptionist.
