Dr. Angela Orobello received her bachelor’s degree in biology from St. John’s University. She began working at Flushing Veterinary Hospital while an undergraduate student, where she fell in love with helping animals. She then went on to graduate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1995, completing her clinical year at Purdue University. The majority of her career was spent at The Pet Doctor of Flushing and Queens Animal Hospital for 15 years, when she decided to step back from the workplace to raise her children. She has excitedly returned to the veterinary field to do what she loves, and has happily joined the Jericho Animal Hospital family. Angela has many cats and two rescued Chihuahuas, and cares for the cats in her neighborhood by nursing those in need, trapping and spaying/neutering as many as possible.

When not at work, Dr. Orobello loves to run, participate in organized races, loves the beach and to travel the world, and spend time with her husband and their two sons.
