When your pet is scheduled for boarding, you must bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. Please drop-off no later than 6:00 pm on weekdays, and 4:00 pm on Saturdays.
Please ask about exceptions for holidays.
When your pet is scheduled for grooming, you must bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. All grooming appointments should be dropped off between 7:00 am - 9:00 am on weekdays, and 8:00 am - 9:00 am on Saturdays.
When your pet is scheduled for a surgery, you must bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. The hospital is open for drop-offs between 7:00 am - 8:00 am.
