When your pet is scheduled for grooming, you must bring your pet to the hospital between 7:30 am - 9:00 am.
When your pet is scheduled for a surgery, you must bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. Our surgery drop-off hours are between 7:30 am - 8:00 am and surgery pick-up hours are 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm.
