Dr. Marrero grew up on a farm in Puerto Rico and moved to Orlando, Florida in 1989. Dr. Marrero is bilingual and fluently speaks Spanish and English. She attended Winter Park High School and then was off to the University of Central Florida.
After UCF she went on to earn her DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Dr. Marrero completed a small animal rotating internship in Louisiana and a surgery internship at Hollywood Animal Hospital. Dr. Marrero enjoys surgical procedures. She is a big music lover and always has the travel bug.
Erin was born and raised in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Her family relocated to Florida for her father's job at Cape Canaveral. She attended Spruce Creek High School before moving back to Toronto to attend college. Missing the sunshine and the beach, Erin came back to start her career in veterinary medicine. She has held every position in the clinic from kennels, CSR, assistant, and now, hospital manager. Erin has been working in veterinary medicine since 1999. In her free time, she enjoys creating rehabbing old antique pieces, painting and gardening.
