Born and raised here in Michigan, I obtained both my Bachelor of Science and my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University. I have lived across the entire southern part of Michigan from St. Joe to Grand Rapids and Lansing to the greater Detroit area. I am thrilled to be back on the west side of the state. While I enjoy all aspects of general practice, my areas of interest include surgery, diagnostic imaging, and feline medicine. I also have a background and interest in honey bee medicine and hope to start my own apiary soon.

I share my home with my husband, Jon, our cats, and our two Australian Shepherds, Chewie and Woodhouse. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, hiking and all sorts of seasonal outdoor activities provided here in Michigan. Most importantly, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
