More About Our Houston Vet and Team
Since 1989, our hospital has been providing quality veterinary care to the entire area of northwest Houston and beyond. In addition to offering services for dogs and cats, we're also proud to serve a number of other pet types, such as rabbits, ferrets, pocket pets, and more!
We have four dedicated and experienced veterinarians on our team. Dr. Matthew Taylor has been practicing veterinary medicine since 1991 and has since developed specialties in soft tissue surgery and geriatrics, as well as rabbit medicine. He has been serving as a Prestonwood Animal Hospital veterinarian since 1994 and enjoys helping pets optimize their health and wellness.
Dr. Brendan Kennedy has been with our team since 2011, which was just shortly after he completed his doctorate in veterinary medicine at Texas A&M. Today, his areas of expertise include pet dermatology, surgery, and preventative medicine.
Dr. Liz Ramsbacher, a Texas native, joined our veterinary team in 2013 and completed her doctorate at Texas A&M. She specializes in soft tissue surgery, pain management, and feline medicine.
In addition to our four excellent veterinarians, we also have a team of skilled and knowledgeable veterinary technicians, receptionists, and animal handlers!
Our Pet Care Services Offered
We offer all the services your pet needs for optimal health and wellness, starting with our routine preventative care. This includes everything from your pet's recommended annual exam and vaccinations to preventative medicine, microchipping, and everything in between.
