When your pet is scheduled for boarding, please bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. The hospital is open for boarding drop-off between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Please allow 30-45 minutes depending on the needs of your pet. We can email you admission forms ahead of time to expedite the boarding admission process. Please request boarding admission forms and/or new client forms when you schedule your reservation to be emailed to you.
When your pet is scheduled for a surgery, please bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. The hospital is open for surgery drop-off between 7:30 am - 8:00 am.
