Advanced Veterinary Imaging & Digital Radiology at Bond Animal Hospital

All our x-rays are digital images, replacing old-fashioned film radiographs. Digital x-rays provide clearer, more detailed images for our veterinarians. Additionally, digital images can be immediately read, stored on digital media, and directly emailed for a radiologic consultation, if warranted.

Digital X-Rays in Veterinary Care

Advanced digital technology has truly revolutionized the way we practice veterinary medicine. X-rays help us to evaluate a variety of problems or concerns including the following:

  • Muscular-skeletal disorders
  • Arthritis
  • Heart murmurs and other cardiac disease
  • Lung and other respiratory problems
  • Gastrointestinal and digestive system disorders
  • Renal disease
  • Bladder stones, tumors, and other lower urinary tract disease

Digital imaging and equipment such as the sopix 2 has greatly advanced pet dental care. This extraordinary technology allows our veterinarians to evaluate areas previously too difficult to view, and allows us to identify serious issues such as infections or problems under the gum line.

Board Certified Radiologists

Our digital radiographs are reviewed by board certified radiologists, so you can be sure that your pet????????s x-rays yield the maximal and most accurate diagnostic information.

We also make use of sophisticated ultrasound techniques, with the expert help of Dr. Pat Hopper. Our investment in state of the art equipment is further evidence our commitment to the care of your pet.
