Lisa Brownlee
Veterinary Specialist DVM, MS, DACVIM

Dr. Lisa Brownlee grew up Victoria, British Columbia. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master of Science Degree in Developmental Biology from the University of Victoria. After earning these degrees, Dr. Brownlee decided to pursue her love for animals by completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) at the University of Saskatchewan.

After completing an internship and residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine at Washington State University, Dr. Brownlee became a board-certified Internist and Diplomat of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM). During her tenure in both private practice and at universities, Dr. Brownlee’s love of animals has inspired her to continue to push the boundaries. Staying current with new, innovative treatments that will better help her patients is Dr. Brownlee’s true passion.

Dr. Brownlee enjoys exploring all that Colorado has to offer with her family. She frequently returns to the West Coast to enjoy friends, family, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. During downtime Dr. Brownlee loves to relax with her husband, daughter, and son. Her family also includes a Bullmastiff named Lola, a little Chihuahua-Dachshund cross named Linus, a cat named Raven, and a horse named Al.
