Animals are pure, devoted, steadfast and loyal. It is my honor to play a role in maintaining pets’ health, assisting in their recovery from illness or injury, soothing their pains, and easing their family’s worries. Animals improve, deepen and clarify my life in numerous ways. Anything that I can do to help animals and the people who love them is my strongest desire.
I recently joined the Murrayhill Veterinary Hospital team after living and practicing veterinary medicine in Phoenix, AZ, for ten years. I am excited to soak up the beautiful landscape and culture of the Northwest.
I have special interests in surgery, internal medicine, dentistry, dermatology, and emergency/critical care medicine. Veterinary medicine is such a joy for me – I love learning, teaching, and working with amazing dedicated people. I look forward to many years of developing strong relationships with my patients and their families.
Loves of my life: Cliff, my ever-loving husband; two exuberant children (Cameron, age 7, and Maddie, age 4); two playful dogs (Olivia the Pit Bull, and Lucy the Queensland mix); six affectionate and quirky cats (Boots, Sunny, Chardonnay, Fergie, Hero, and Fox); two bossy birds (Jade and Astro, green-cheek conures); two mellow corn snakes (Slider and Zippy); and two inquisitive Blackbear hamsters (Smoothie and Softie).
