Behavior counseling and training is available by Nicole Morgan, RVT, ALAT, at VCA North Idaho Animal Hospital. We are currently offering one-on-one puppy foundation skills sessions. These include the basics like sit, down, and loose leash walking, but also focus on socialization and handling.
What a puppy learns in the first 16 weeks of age will affect it for the rest of its life. Behavior modification sessions are also available. These are recommended by your veterinarian for a specific behavior diagnosis. These sessions provide coping skills, and desensitization/counter conditioning to your pets behavioral trigger.
