Shanon Kearns has worked in veterinary medicine for over 20 years. Shanon has worked in all areas of the hospital as a kennel assistant, veterinary assistant and receptionist. She joined the VCA family 15 years ago as a veterinary assistant and within the last 10 years has pursued a career in veterinary management. Shanon is a native of Hampton, VA. She has several pets which include Remi, an 8-year-old bluetick coonhound; Kimber, a 1-year-old husky/shepherd mix; Gracie, a 12-year-old African gray; and Oscar, a Bearded Dragon. In her spare time, Shanon enjoys spending time with all her pets, cooking and riding her motorcycle.
